配送オプション

主な配送先は、日本、アジア（太平洋）、ワールドI（ヨーロッパ、北米など）、ワールドII（南米の一部、アフリカなど）、そして米国です。これらのカテゴリーでは、通常配送、書留配送、またはEMSをご利用いただけます。ご購入商品によっては、カード封筒（デカールまたはマスクのみ）と各種サイズの小包の料金がかかります。

ディスパッチタイム

各商品の在庫数は少なめで、ご注文に応じて部品を製造・梱包する場合がございます。商品は7日以内（通常はそれより早く）の発送を目指しておりますが、万が一遅延が発生した場合はメールにてご連絡いたします。材料不足、金型の摩耗による交換、あるいは（これは最も許されないケースですが）時間不足などにより、遅延が発生する場合がございます。しかしながら、当社はこの事業を非常に真剣に受け止め、お客様を最優先に考えております。そのため、遅延が発生した場合には、正当な理由があるものとし、できる限り迅速に対応いたします。

パッキング

多くの商品は繊細な性質のため、梱包には細心の注意を払っております。Hypersonic Modelsは、郵便輸送中の破損については責任を負いかねますが、記録された問題につきましては、まず交換品をお送りし、その後郵便局に損害賠償請求を行うことで解決に努めます。荷物が破損した状態で到着した場合は、到着時間と破損の範囲を記録し、Hypersonic Modelsと郵便局の両方にご報告ください。

返品

何らかの理由で製品またはHMのサービスにご満足いただけない場合は、交換部品などの解決策を検討いたしますので、メールまたは郵送にて書面にてご連絡ください。万が一、商品がご満足いただけない場合は、商品到着後14日以内に、箱、請求書、またはメールに記載されているご住所までHypersonic Modelsまでご返品ください。ご返品の前に、ご返品の意思をお知らせください。全額返金（送料を含む）いたしますが、返送料はお客様のご負担となります。そのため、破損や欠品などの場合は、交換品をお送りいただく方が確実です。

支払い

お支払いはすべて日本円で、商品の価格も日本円で表示されています。表示されている他の通貨は、日々の換算レートの目安であり、為替レートの変動や手数料が短期間で変動する可能性があるため、正確な金額を示すものではありません。お支払い方法はPayPalです。既存のPayPalアカウントをご利用いただくか、クレジットカードまたはデビットカードでお支払いいただけます。ご注文から3日経ってもお支払いが完了しない場合は、ご注文はキャンセルされ、商品は在庫に戻されます。

Delivery Options

The main destination categories are: Japan, Asia (Pacific) and World I (Europe, North America etc.), World II (some parts of South America Africa etc.) and the US. Within those categories you have the option of standard or recorded delivery or EMS. Depending on your purchases, you will be charged for a card backed envelope (decals or masks only) several sizes of small parcel.

Dispatch Times

We keep only low stock numbers of each item, in some cases parts are made and packed to order. While we aim to dispatch items within 7 days (usually much quicker), in case of any delay we will inform you by email. Delays can occur due to material shortages, moulds that are worn out and need to be replaced or simply (and this is the least excusable case) shortage of time. We do take this business very seriously though and treat my customers with the highest respect and priority so if there's a delay there's a real good reason for it and we will try my best to rectify it asap.

Packing

All packing will be processed with great care due to the delicate nature of many items. Hypersonic Models can't be held responsible for damage incured during transition in the mail system, however, we will try to resolve documented problems by sending replacements in the first instance and then making a claim with the mail service. If a parcel arrives in a damaged condition please record and report the incidence to both HM and your post office with arrival time and extend of the damage.

Returns & Refunds

If you are for whatever reason not happy with the product or HM's service please inform us in writing via email or post about the problem so we can find a solution, such as replacement parts. If you think the items are absolutely not for you then you can return the to Hypersonic Models using the address on the box, the invoice or email correspondence. You cannot cancel an order after it has been shipped (which is usually within 1-3 days).

Returns can be initiated within 14 days of receiving the items. Please inform us of your intentions before you return the goods though. Return postage is born by the customer. A refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the items back at Hypersonic Models. Due to the cost and complications of international shiping I stress that in most cases, like a broken or missing part, sending replacements will be the much better option.

Payment

All payments are to meade in Japanese Yen and products are priced in Japanese Yen. Other currencies displayed reflect a good daily estimate conversion rate and does not give an accurate figure as exchange rate fluctuations and fees can vary in very short term. Payment vehicle is PayPal where there is the option of using an existing PayPal account or paying by credit or debit card. Orders where payment hasn't cleared after 3 days will be cancelled and the items put back into stock.
